  • Bidding closes:  Saturday, Feb 28, 2026 at 9:15 pm.  

• The in-person Gahanna Gala 

  • Doors open:  Saturday, Feb 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm, Jefferson Country Club

• Gala Auction Item Pick-up

  • Drive-thru pickup:   Sunday, March 1 at 1:30-3:30 pm 

  • Clark Hall parking lot at 380 Granville St., Gahanna (near Rusty Bucket & Panera).
